Returns

Our refund and returns policy is very specific. We do not accept any returns for orders approved and confirmed by the customers. Eve if your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it and also be in the original packaging. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

Refunds

Since we do not accept any returns, as a consequence, we do not do any refunds. This is unless a customer paid for an item that is not available in our stock. Kindly note that do not make any payments unless you have spoken to one of our represenatives through email or phone.

Trade-Ins and Buy-Ins

We only make payments for trade-ins on prices agreed and assessed by our experts. We also accept buy-ins once our experts have assessed and approved the value of your item.
